NIGERIAN DRIVERS CHALLENGE — TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Version 2026.1
These Terms govern your registration for and participation in the Nigerian Drivers Challenge (the "Challenge"), operated by the Challenge organisers ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, submitting an application, uploading documents, or sitting any examination, you agree to these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You confirm that the information you provide is true and complete, that you meet the published eligibility rules for the relevant Challenge edition, and that you are registering in your own name. We may verify eligibility at any time and may refuse, suspend, or cancel participation where rules are not met or where information is false or misleading.
2. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised, abused, or used to circumvent Challenge rules.
3. APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS
You may be required to upload identity, licence, and other supporting documents. You authorise us to review, store, and (where configured) process those documents — including automated checks such as OCR — for verification and Challenge administration. Submitting another person’s documents, altered files, or fraudulent information is grounds for disqualification and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. EXAMINATIONS AND PROCTORING
Examinations may be timed, remotely proctored, and subject to device, identity, and environment checks. You agree to follow published exam instructions, allow required camera/microphone/screen checks where enabled, and not cheat, collude, use unauthorised materials, or assist others. We may record proctoring signals and integrity events, flag attempts for review, void results, and bar future participation for integrity breaches.
5. RESULTS, RANKINGS, AND FINALISTS
Scores, state rankings, tie-breaks, and finalist selections are determined under the published rules for the edition. Results may be withheld, corrected, or withdrawn after integrity review, administrative error correction, or rule enforcement. Publication of results or finalist status does not create any guarantee of prize, employment, licence benefit, or further opportunity unless expressly stated in writing for that edition.
6. CONDUCT
You must treat staff, partners, and other participants with respect. Harassment, threats, abuse of support channels, or attempts to manipulate systems or staff decisions are prohibited.
7. COMMUNICATIONS
We may contact you using the email, phone, or in-app channels associated with your account about registration, verification, examinations, results, and operational notices. You are responsible for monitoring those channels.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Challenge materials — including questions, training content, branding, and software — remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them only for legitimate personal participation. Copying, sharing, or publishing exam content is forbidden.
9. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
We may update schedules, rules, technical requirements, or these Terms for an edition where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or public site where practicable. We may postpone, modify, or cancel elements of the Challenge for operational, safety, integrity, or force-majeure reasons.
10. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation, technical interruptions, or disqualification for rule breaches. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be raised through our published support channels.
12. ACCEPTANCE
By accepting these Terms you confirm that you have read them, understand them, and agree to be bound by them for the Challenge edition in which you register.
